MUSEUM OPENING

The Jail Museum will be opening from Memorial Day to Labor Day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12 until 4:00 PM, Can you spare 4 hours we are in need of volunteers no experience is needed, we will give you all the information you need. You can select the day or days to volunteer. It is not necessary to know about the museum. We have self- guided tour information to give guests. Wi-Fi is available for your use. Contact Richard at the History Center on Thursday’s 920-388-0369

American Civil War

Bill Berkey is a Kewaunee native and U.S. Army veteran. A lifelong interest in military history was sparked by a boy\hood trip to the Civil War battlefield at Gettysburg. He will be delivering remarks on Kewaunee County participation in the American Civil War.

Ham Radio Presentation
By Rick Erdmann 

Rick Erdmann has been a license Ham Radio Operator since the age of 14. He lives in Green Bay with his wife Sue. Rick spent sixteen years at WFRV-TV in Green Bay. He has seen many changes in “ham radio” over the years, the hobby of ham radio presents such a wide range of possible interests. His presentation will provide the history, growth and many elements of the hobby. He hopes to maybe spark a flame in you that will motivate you to become a ham radio operator as it did for him. We hope you can join us for a fun and informative look at Amateur Radio.
